Cleaning Principle:

  1. Dust Accumulation:

    • Dust-laden air passes through filter bags/cartridges, leaving dust particles on the surface.

    • Over time, a dust cake forms, increasing pressure drop and reducing filtration efficiency.

  2. Pulse Jet Cleaning:

    • A solenoid valve releases high-pressure compressed air (0.4~0.6 MPa) into a blow pipe with nozzles.

    • The air is directed into the filter elements, creating a shockwave that dislodges dust.

  3. Reverse Airflow Effect:

    • The sudden air pulse causes a rapid expansion inside the filter, generating a reverse airflow.
